| i have a bmw to do with a ews 3 box in it i used A11 adapter earthed pin 22 and power to car prog and most times it does nothing sometimes it say short circuit voltage to high other times it says power to low ive used two different power supplies and still get the same response -what can i do to solve this problem thanks |

| hi James, try this: disconnect your A11 from EWS and try again do you have error message about overcurrent? external power supply should be more that 10V to work correct regards Raimis |
