| hello we have already purchased "Ford 6000CD by Visteon car radios decoding tool by OBDII" "VISTEON CAR RADIO TOOL VO.O1[Ford Visteon Sony Tool]" from http://www.codecard.lt/ and have some problems as reading codes. the section of ford visteon 6000CD tool has been working well. tested more than 10 times with different radios. but section of ford visteon SONY TOOL never worked.It reads wrong code. the problem we faced with SONY TOOL section is as follow. - we have a radio ford 6000 sony(pleasee see the attached FOTO 1.JPG) and its real code is 6326(foto 2.JPG) but your software reads it as 28E6(foto 5) - we read its eeprom(24C16) its buffer is empty(foto 4) - these radios work on cars. only display on the screen "CODE" FORD SONY TOOL reads wrong codes. please advice us what we should to solve the problem? please inform us. we are awaiting for your urgent response. thanks in advance regards, turkey |
